As a Personal Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office.
Responsibilities:
- Memory is Key, Thick Skinned - Manage calendars and schedule appointments - Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries - Perform data entry and maintain accurate records - Assist with office management duties, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory - Provide customer service by answering phone calls and responding to inquiries - File and organize documents, both physical and electronic - Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks Skills To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills - Have a great memory, be highly Organized and Neat - Proficiency in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.
) - Strong data entry skills with attention to detail - Excellent calendar management abilities - Knowledge of office management procedures and systems - Exceptional customer service skills - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle calls professionally - Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint) - Running Personal errands,, ie, picking up mail, medication from the pharmacy etc If you are a highly organized individual with excellent multitasking abilities, we would love to hear from you.

A newer start-up company in this area is looking to hire an experienced part-time (full time eventually) office administrator for all normal office and maybe not so normal procedures, also to assist the owner with his personal items.
Organization, and memory will be keys factors.
Must know and be able to execute all microsoft products, you will be tested.
A list of what will be expected but it not limited to this list will be.
Organizing, Excel, Outlook, Word, be neat, keep Motor Vehicle files up to date, (there are many) keep all insurance for all vehicles, properties, etc up to date and formatted on a spreadsheets and tied to calendar for renewal and re-quote.
run errands, both business and personal, pay invoices and keep logs for payments etc, reminders, help with filing and getting bids for different sub trades, Organized, have a good memory.
retrieve mail, pick up medication, be efficient with math, quickbooks skills would be nice, deal with health insurance needs, be thick skinned, reliable, have common sense, have verifiable and contact information for past employers, This is a part-time position to start.
